1. General Terms 

• This campaign is applicable only for newly registered users on almatar. 
• The reward points offer is valid for bookings made through the almatar website or mobile application. 
• Customers will receive reward points worth up to SAR 500 upon successful registration, which can be redeemed on eligible bookings based on the redemption criteria stated below. 
• The maximum reward points redemption per customer is SAR 500, regardless of the number of transactions made. 
• Customers may redeem their reward points balance in one or multiple transactions until the full balance is utilized or expired. 
• Reward points will be credited to the customer’s almatar wallet/account. 
• Reward points can only be redeemed for eligible flight and hotel bookings based on the redemption criteria and minimum booking values stated in the campaign tables below. 
• Reward points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Reward points redemption is calculated based on the final booking value after any applicable discounts. 
• This offer cannot be combined with promo codes or other promotional campaigns unless stated otherwise. 
• almatar reserves the right to cancel reward points, suspend accounts, or reject eligibility in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse. 
• almatar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. 

2. Reward Points Validity & Usage 

• Reward points will expire 14 days after being credited to the customer’s almatar wallet/account. 
• Expired reward points cannot be reinstated unless otherwise stated. 
• Reward points can only be redeemed within the validity period. 
• Any unused balance after the expiry date will automatically expire. 

3. Flight Reward Points – Redemption Criteria 

• Minimum booking value of SAR 600 = redeem up to SAR 25. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 1,000 = redeem up to SAR 50. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 2,000 = redeem up to SAR 100.
• Minimum booking value of SAR 3,000 = redeem up to SAR 150. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 5,000 = redeem up to SAR 250. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 10,000 or more = redeem up to SAR 500. 
• Eligibility is calculated based on the total flight booking amount. 
• Only completed and ticketed flight bookings are eligible. 

4. Hotel Reward Points – Redemption Criteria 

• Minimum booking value of SAR 400 = redeem up to SAR 25. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 800 = redeem up to SAR 50. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 1,200 = redeem up to SAR 100. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 1,800 = redeem up to SAR 150. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 2,700 = redeem up to SAR 250. 
• Minimum booking value of SAR 5,000 or more = redeem up to SAR 500. 
• Eligibility is calculated based on the total hotel booking amount. 
• Cancelled or no-show bookings are not eligible for reward points.
